Rob Blevins is a National Registry Paramedic and RN that has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and EMS both in the urban and wilderness environment including more than 11 years instructing. Rob has an A.S. in Emergency Health Sciences, an A.S. in Nursing, and a B.S.N. He has been a member of Black Diamond Search and Rescue for nearly 10 years and currently serves as Training Officer. He is certified as a Search Team Leader, Management Team Member, and Search Team Instructor. He has also been an Adjunct SAR Instructor for VDEM for almost 5 years. In addition, Rob is a Course Director for AHA advanced life support courses, an instructor for ITLS, CPR, a certified NAEMT instructor, and holds the highest level certification as an ASHI instructor in both wilderness and healthcare curriculums. Rob is a member of the Wilderness Medical Society, the NAEMT, and the ANA.
